Your membership fee depends on the handset and tariff you choose. The most popular handset amongst clients is the Apple iPhone, however, others are on offer. Tariff prices are just as competitive as other mobile phone providers and you’ll have the option of a 24 month contract or 12 month sim-only contract.
The main purpose of the Zetland Membership is to provide high-profile and security-concerned individuals with a private phone network that protects their data. This network can only exist when the clientele accepted onto it can pass a VIP criteria. This makes access to the membership exclusive to those that fit within the companies joining criteria.
When you join, Charles will send your new handset and members pack in the post to an address that best suits you. You’ll find details on how to login to your online account inside your members pack. Every mobile number is ring-fenced and subsequently placed onto a separate and private billing platform. This means that your details cannot be accessed outside of Charles Porter and our VIP Support Team whilst in membership. At the start of your membership, you’ll be charged the standard membership fee. From there, you can access all the current and latest deals Charles negotiates with brand partners via your online members account or over the phone. Depending on your contact preferences and interests, the latest deals can be emailed and posted to you.
The main purpose of the Richmond Membership is to provide clients with exclusive deals on desirable luxury lifestyle brands, without the mobile phone. Charles’ client base is the key factor in being able to negotiate such deals with high-profile brands, and as such, access to this membership is exclusive, however, the joining criteria is a little more relaxed than Zetland.
All Richmond clients are charged £150.00/yr from the date of joining. Once paid, you’ll be sent your Richmond Welcome Pack outlining the best ways to take advantages of Charles’ exclusive deals.
Every Richmond client is assigned to their own Client Liaison Manager who will provide a priority service and will help to facilitate your requirements.
